Kelsey Hartle

Kindergarten - Ashley Elementary

Nominated by Rosa Eaton

"Mindy's first grade is a classroom of high expectations, compassion, and fun! This year she has set a goal to 100% of her students will be proficient on a portion of the state mandated reading test. She is steadily working toward that goal. She involves as many resources as possible to get her students reading! Mindy recruited friends and family members who could not otherwise volunteer to listen to 1st grade students read together over a daily Zoom meeting for extra practice."

Nominated by Sonja Labrum

"Kelsey has consistently gone above and beyond to inspire both students and colleagues. As the team leader, Kelsey has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. After working in education for 38 years, I have never worked with anyone that can pull off so many things and have them come out perfect. I cannot say enough good about her and her abilities to lead teachers and other staff members."

Congratulations!
